Located in the south of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City and the intersection of Xiaoshan, Zhuji and Fuyang, Heshang Town becomes an important traffic artery in the southern Xiaoshan District. The project is 30 km away from the downtown of Hangzhou and 27 km from Xiaoshan District Government, with the conceptual planning area of about 9.8 sq.km and urban design area of the core zone of about 1 sq.km.

     Relying on current location advantages and industrial foundation and fully exploring the ecological, historical and cultural resources of Heshang, this project will realize the driving force of two engines and establish new urban value highland by means of gathering ecological intelligent industries in the southern Hangzhou; it will form green networks connecting mountains, guiding water and integrating farmlands, build the efficient and prosperous core converging multiple services and depict a vigorous picture alongside the water integrating water sceneries and streets. Moreover, it will forge the rural life with poetic experience in mountains and water, embrace the Post-Asian Games Era of Hangzhou and build an international recreation town through making the past serve the present and the foreign things serve China. Through the six major strategies mentioned above, the project aims to create the growth pole for the intelligent valley in Southern Hangzhou and build an international recreation town”.
